Hi Kendra! I personally use a Medical grade Enema bag (https://www.amazon.com/Flents-Combination-Douche-Enema-Kit/dp/B01N4V67AR) to deep clean my Colon. I like the fit of the cross tip. Just be sure to always use warm or hot water, as cold water will cause severe cramping.
