Hi Kendra! I personally use a Medical grade Enema bag (https://www.amazon.com/Flents-Combination-Douche-Enema-Kit/dp/B01N4V67AR) to deep clean my Colon. I like the fit of the cross tip. Just be sure to always use warm or hot water, as cold water will cause severe cramping. You may not be able to hold much to begin with (your body mass, physical build, etc.) but after a short time you will be able to handle a full bag. Just remember to only use it 4 times a week MAX! So as to give your body time to have natural bowl movements as well. Also, please remember not use do it if you are having any stomach issues like Diarrhea, food poisoning, or E. coli troubles, as it will exacerbate it.
